Administrative Assistant to President

Job Responsibilitie

  • Assist with Answering and directing phone calls
  • Prepare Service Contracts & Onboarding of new Clients/Plans (will train)
  • Schedule/Coordinate Meetings using Outlook and RingCentral
  • Air & Hotel Travel arrangements for President
  • Distribute Incoming Faxes using RingCentral
  • Create Agendas and attend weekly and biweekly Pension Meetings
  • Distribute and keep track of office supplies
  • Create labels for UPS, Certified and Regular mail
  • Various administrative projects as they arise

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5 years Administrative Assistant experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office
  • Excel
  • PensionPro (will train)
  • Internet Savvy
