  • Case load of clients for day to day administration of all retirement plan types (plan document work, loans & distributions, working with investment platforms, filing 5500s, SAR/AFN, 1099s, contribution analysis, top heavy testing, compliance testing, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled Actuary (EA) designation issued by the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries.
  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retirement plan consulting or actuarial services, preferably within a retirement plan consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Thorough understanding of ERISA, IRS regulations, and other relevant laws governing retirement plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and colleagues.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and pursuit of additional credentials or certifications as needed.

Benefits:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience; comprehensive benefits package (including health insurance, retirement savings plan and paid-time-off); opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a collaborative and supportive work environment.
