We are currently on a hybrid schedule between working remotely and in the office.

We are looking for someone with job related experience to join our firm as a DC Plan Administrator

 

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of DC plans, ranging in size.

Communication with plan sponsors and financial advisors on all aspects of plan administration

 Performance of nondiscrimination & coverage testing

Calculation of plan contributions and allocations

Preparation and electronic delivery of Form 5500 with schedules

Preparation of plan documents, including amendments and restatements

 

Knowledge & Experience

A minimum of 3 years prior administrative experience, but more experience preferred

Excellent client service/communication skills

Strong attention to detail, ability to meet and manage deadlines

Ability to work both independently and on a team

Self-starter, flexible, and able to “think outside of the box”

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure

Strong customer service orientation

 

ASPPA designation(s) preferred, but not required

Datair administration and 5500 software experience a plus

ASC document experience a plus

DB/Cash Balance/Combo testing experience a plus
