Digital Solutionist

 This position is remote and does not require an in-office presence.

This position will advocate for digital solutions for sales enablement. The role will require a good understanding of front-end design and development with a focus on user interface and user experience of digital applications and websites.  The incumbent will work closely with key stakeholders, marketers, product teams, user experience specialists, development, and senior partners to deliver horizontal solutions that supports our digital solutions.

What you do

  • Site Support for white label microsites, including but not limited to site requests and updates, incorporating apps, graphics, etc, ensuring accessibility, monitoring performance and building support and roadmaps
  • Public web asset development including but not limited to working with web teams, UI/UX teams, IT/Development teams, and marketing teams
  • HTML email template development and development of HTML for updated report builder systems. Knowledge of reporting systems such as Crystal Reports and Report Runner a plus
  • White-label program support including but not limited to coordinating client logistics, compliance and legal
  • Work with web teams to interject developed pages into QA and development sprints
  • Work with the UI/UX teams for requirements on digitally approved assets and wireframes
  • Build support documentation and develop roadmap  Digital properties and websites
  • Coordinate with IT/Development teams for bugs and domain/page standard maintenance, i.e., redirects, and mobile responsiveness
  • Coordinate with Enterprise digital and IT teams to ensure the deliverables stay within enterprise governance and standards

What you bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years of Related Experience required
  • CMS application knowledge of Umbraco is required and WordPress working knowledge is a plus
  • Broad Web Development knowledge (ASP.NET Core, PHP, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML) required
  • Standard Web Base knowledge preferred
  • CRM, Salesforce knowledge preferred
