The Description: The Finway Group is a Third-Party Administration (TPA) firm specializing in 401(k) plan administration, compliance, and consulting for retirement plans. Due to significant company growth, we seek a team member with experience and knowledge in the 401(k) industry with a drive to leave corporate America and be a part of our team.

The Why:

  • 100% of monthly premiums covered for single employee health, dental, life, short-term disability, and $1,200 HSA contribution per year
  • 3% company contribution to 401(k)
  • 15 days PTO with increasing amount with tenure and six paid holidays, plus 2 floating holidays

The Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of distributions and loans for retirement plans.
  • Communication with participants, employers, or advisors to ensure their requests are handled appropriately.
  • Consistently updates system and status of completing the distribution request.
  • Managing different recordkeeper's websites to approve online requests and run reports when needed

The Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of retirement plan distributions experience or related position.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi task.
  • Professional customer service via email or phone.
  • Strong attention to detail, compliance, and accuracy.
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
