ArentFox Schiff is seeking an attorney with five or more years of employee benefits and executive compensation experience for our General Corporate and Securities Group. The person hired can work from any ArentFox Schiff office. The ideal candidate would have a strong tax-qualified plan background and familiarity with most areas of benefits, from health and welfare to securities, executive compensation and M&A work. Strong academic record and excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills are required. Candidates must also be licensed and in good standing in the state in which the candidate would practice.

The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $275,000 to a maximum of $375,000 per year.  The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate’s overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.
