The Opportunity: Retirement Plan Administrator

Join us as a Retirement Plan Administrator, where you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 401(k) plans. Your role involves ensuring client satisfaction, smooth plan operation, and effective communication with plan sponsors, advisors, and CPAs. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in a rapidly expanding small company.

  • Review 401(k) plan reports for accuracy.
  • Provide excellent customer service for day-to-day inquiries.
  • Proactively engage with clients and advisors.
  • Interpret plan documents and ensure compliance.
  • Explain contribution calculations to plan sponsors.
  • Perform contribution calculations and annual 401k compliance testing.
  • Collaborate with recordkeeping platforms and payroll providers.
  • Assist clients and advisors on our website and applications.


  • At least 3 years of experience in administration within a TPA environment
  • Eagerness to learn and embrace new approaches.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort with technology and a willingness to provide feedback.
  • QKA preferred
  • Bachelors Degree
