A premier regional CPA Firm is looking for a Retirement Plan Administrator to join their professional services team in Cincinnati!  This is an in-charge role with an exceptional Firm!  Extremely supportive management, convenient walk-to downtown location, free parking, tremendous culture, and more!

Responsibilities:

  • Third party administration for retirement plans
  • Provide assistance to participants, clients and brokers with their qualified plans
  • Create planning documents (Summary Plan, Plan Documents, Amendments Etc.).
  • Collecting Census Data and being able to manipulate this data to achieve plan design outcomes.
  • Basic Knowledge of Plan Design (Safe Harbor, Profit Sharing, etc.).
  • Prepare plan administration reports
  • Perform compliance testing
  • Administer compliance related filings
  • Assist clients with contribution allocations
  • Assist clients with participant distributions

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of qualified plan administration experience
  • QPA, QKA, QPFC designation preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics preferred
  • Experience with FTWilliams software preferred, but not required
