Implementations and Documents Specialist

SRC is looking for a person to be a part of our team as an Implementations and Documents Specialist.


Responsibilities and Key Tasks:

  • Maintain documentation of compliance activities.
  • Create and upload new plan documents, amendments, and other paperwork as required.
  • Generate annual notices to be distributed out by the staff.
  • Assist with completion of recordkeeper plan specs for onboarding plans.
  • Will attend onboarding calls with the various recordkeepers.
  • Use software to track all stages of onboarding clients.


  • This position requires 2-3 years of plan administrator experience.
  • Strongly prefer FT Williams experience but will consider other plan document experience.
  • Ability to work remotely and with technology requirements.


An Implementations and Documents Specialist plays a vital role in the overall success for our firm. Our entrepreneurial environment provides excellent opportunity for systems improvement to positively impact our practice.
