Our client, a prestigious AmLaw nationally recognized law firm, is hiring an experienced attorney to join their esteemed Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice at the Senior Counsel or Partner level. The ideal candidate will have significant health and welfare experience and possess expertise in various areas, including wrap plans, cafeteria plans, flexible benefits, Affordable Care Act, COBRA, HIPAA, Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act, TiC, and CAA 21 compliance.
As a Health and Welfare Attorney, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating service provider agreements, resolving health and welfare plan-related issues, and counseling clients on compliance matters. No portable business is required for this position.
