The Description: The Finway Group is a Third-Party Administration (TPA) firm specializing in 401(k) plan administration, compliance, and consulting for retirement plans. The Responsibilities:

• Emphasis on plan design calls with clients and building plan document on ft william
• Manage caseload effectively to meet or exceed service goals for quality and timeliness with limited supervision.
• Coordinates with the clients, record keepers, and advisors, to review all onboarding 401(k) documents to facilitate the transfer and installation of new retirement plans.
• Consistently updates system and status report to keep all parties informed of onboarding activities and progress.
• Ensures internal completion of tasks by the scheduled due date
• Provide hand-off to the appropriate relationship manager to ensure a smooth transition for the client.

The Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of retirement plan onboarding experience or related position.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail, file compliance, and accuracy.
• Pension Pro and Ft william software experience a plus
