ERP Retirement Services is a dynamic, fast-growing retirement and benefits consulting firm that provides actuarial and consulting services to defined contribution and defined benefit plans. We are seeking an actuarial consultant to join our actuarial team.  This is an excellent career opportunity for an Actuarial Consultant with 2-10 years of experience.

Responsibilities and Opportunities:

• Consult with clients regarding retirement plan issues
• Nondiscrimination testing (IRC 401(a)(4) + Top Heavy Testing)
• Prepare AFTAP Certifications
• IRS Form 5500 preparation including Schedule SB
• Prepare benefit calculations for terminated vested participants
• Keeping current on changes in legislation and regulations affecting plans

Desired Background:

• Attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics or Actuarial Science
• Experience with MS Office Applications (particularly Word & Excel)
• Detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
