Enterprise Sales Consultant

Compensation: $65,000 base salary with commission opportunity. Potential of total comp being near or above $100,000. There is no cap on commission opportunity.
Job Summary:
Enterprise Sales Consultant will work as a team with an experienced Regional Director(s) to develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors and other intermediaries in order to sell Pentegra retirement plan solutions in
assigned territory. This position will work in partnership with the Regional Director(s) in reaching their annual revenue goal each year.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality, responsive service to all
inbound requests for information and sales support from advisors and Regional Director(s).
- Conducts outbound calls to prospect for new relationships, follow up on proposals, provide new product information and insight into identifying
opportunities and leads.
- Initiate sales by making personalized outbound calls
- Supports Regional Director(s) with joint development and execution of a business plan, territory segmentation.
- Develop relationships with advisors
and recordkeeper partners to better understand their business in order to further their utilization of Pentegra’s Retirement Plan solutions.
- Lead advisors and prospective clients through the post-sales setup paperwork process.
- Learn
Pentegra’s business model, value propositions, products, processes and fees.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, with an expertise in adapting to different
audiences
- Utilize strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to meet job requirement.
- College degree
- Series 6 & 63 preferred
- 2 to 7 years successfully wholesaling/managing an assigned territory selling.
(retirement plan solutions, asset management solutions, defined contributions investment only, other related sales experience)
