Position Summary:

Our affiliate firm is seeking candidates for a Senior DC Retirement Plan Administrator and Team Leader. This role is responsible for servicing clients who sponsor defined contribution plans as well as various projects within the plan administration area. Candidates will be required to manage a group of clients, review the work of other administrators and provide training and mentorship for team members. Ideal applicants must be willing to work in a group environment, be well organized and be able to work effectively as a 100% remote employee.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary client contact for a significant book of business administered by other team members.
  • Collaborate with the team to effectively manage workflow and deadlines.
  • Develop trusting relationships with clients and advisors to retain business and attract new business.
  • Develop trusting relationships with team members and provide training and mentorship to aid their professional growth.
  • Review the third party administration work performed by team members
  • Perform comprehensive retirement plan third party administration services as needed to help the team.


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Ten or more years of experience in DC nondiscrimination testing and administration.
  • Credentials with NIPA or ASPPA preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code and Regulations.
