Admit it. You love PensionPro. You really do. You read release notes the way other people devour romance novels or fantasy football scouting reports. You await every new feature with the same anticipation as a child waiting for Santa to deliver
Christmas gifts. You zealously submit product enhancement tickets. You are the go-to person in your organization for how to design templates. You have taken up origami as a hobby as a homage to Pro’s logo and branding. Your only problem with
PensionPro is that you can’t work with it full-time.
Nova has great news for you, PensionPro aficionado! We are currently looking for a full-time PensionPro Expert! Yes! It sounds too good to be true, but it is not.
Nova’s
PensionPro Expert will serve as an internal resource for all things PensionPro. This will include implementing best practices, training your colleagues on PensionPro, approving mass launches, and staying up to date on all new
features.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to implement and document best PensionPro practices, procedures, and training
- Implement and champion PensionPro new features
- Identify PensionPro training
necessary for team members, and develop appropriate training
- Stay abreast of new PensionPro updates and provide leadership feedback on how to effectively rollout new updates
- Liaise with PensionPro
- Approve PensionPro templates
for all departments
- Launch bulk PensionPro projects
- Approve and complete email blasts
- Approve monthly PensionPro invoices
- Perform other related duties as required
Required
Skills/Abilities:
- Three or more years of PensionPro experience
- Extensive knowledge of the following PensionPro features: distributions, fee schedules, plan provisions, power tools, data collection, and project
fields
- Working knowledge of the following PensionPro features: plan cycles, event management, services provided, and MS Word merges
- Knowledge of what can be done with API. Python coding is not required but would be a plus!!
- DB/DC
annual administration experience a plus
- Training or certification in project management (such as Six Sigma) a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to
multi-task
- Ability to evaluate and research PensionPro functions and capabilities including those provided in weekly PensionPro articles and newsletters
- Ability to design and implement training for management on new PensionPro
functionalities
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
- Self-learner
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary
$80,000 - $110,000
- Salaried, non-exempt position

Working Conditions & Physical
Requirements:
- Work from home
- Must work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employer
- Physical requirements of the PensionPro Expert are negligible
- PensionPro Expert will be expected to work 40 hours
during normal business hours Monday through Friday
- Must attend PensionPro training/meetings in-person and other remote training as required
- Nova will supply all necessary computer equipment
