Division Leader
Nova 401(k) Associates

Nova 401(k) Associates is looking for a Division Leader who will supervise a team of production specialists. This position can be done 100% remotely. If you live near our Houston office, you will be given the opportunity to work a hybrid
schedule.
Nova 401(k) Associates is a rapidly growing national third-party administration firm providing administrative services to companies sponsoring 401(k), pension, and other qualified retirement plans. We have a nationally recognized
sales team allowing us to grow continuously and provide advancement opportunities for our professionals.
Job Description:
- Manage a division of 6-8 production specialists
- Manage the division to meet Nova’s
performance metrics
- Provide training and feedback to division members
- Complete performance reviews with director’s assistance
- Champion Nova 401(k) Associates’ values and policies
- Assist director with the division
productivity monitoring (including weekly report generation and weekly workflow agenda)
- Collaborate with director and other division leaders on developing training materials and curriculum for production specialists
- Serve as a backup for
other division leaders with respect to their teams
- Keep current with new regulations and legislation
- Resolve a minimum of 50% of service issues escalated by your team members
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in qualified plans including compliance testing, Form 5500’s, and employer contribution allocations
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- ASPPA
or NIPA designation(s)
- Bachelor’s degree in math, business, or another quantitative field preferred
- Pension Pro and ASC knowledge a plus
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent

- Proficient in Excel

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary $75,000 - $95,000
- Bonus Eligible
- Salaried, exempt position

Work Location/Hours:
- Work from home
- Must work from USA and be authorized to
work for any US employer
- Attend leadership training events at least twice per year
