The Description: The Finway Group is a Third-Party Administration (TPA) firm specializing in 401(k) plan administration, compliance, and consulting for retirement plans. Due to significant company growth, we seek a team member with experience and knowledge in the retirement plan and/or investment industry with a drive to leave corporate America.

The Experience: Are you familiar with the retirement plan industry, specifically TPA or financial advisors ?  Do you have excellent customer service skills?  If so, The Finway Group may be a perfect fit for you!

The Why:

  • 100% of monthly premiums covered for single employee health, dental, life, short-term disability, and $1,200 HSA contribution per year
  • 3% company contribution to 401(k), profit sharing, and Cash Balance plan
  • 15 days PTO with increasing amount with tenure, 2 floating holidays, and 6 paid holidays
  • Advancement potential due to rapidly growing business

The Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all inquiries regarding the client’s retirement plan
  • Provides prompt support to clients through daily phone calls and emails to quickly resolve requests or direct to appropriate person
  • Provides timely reports and notices to clients, plan participants, and financial partners
  • Coordinate with the management team to research issues and negotiate problem resolution.

The Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years retirement plan industry experience preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is helpful
  • Strong ability to multitask, meet deadlines and operate in a fast paced environment
