Retirement Plan Administrator

We are looking for an Administrator to join our team.  Our small office strives to provide outstanding professional service while remaining responsive to clients.  We are a very 'hands on' TPA providing services from A - Z to make managing their retirement plan as effortless as possible for the plan sponsor.  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a DC Administrator
• Experience with prior recordkeeping management system preferred.  DATAIR a plus 
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, required
• Knowledge of ERISA regulations  
• Experience with nondiscrimination testing, 5500 filings, and employer contribution calculations

Job Duties: 

•  Communicate with plan sponsors and participants
•  Manage all aspects of an assigned block of plans 
•  Process contributions, loans and distributions
•  Assist with new plan set up and conversion process 
•  Provide audit support as needed 
•  Do year end reconciliation
•  Prepare Form 5500-Annual Reports
