Requirements:

  • Five years, plus, of experience at a TPA firm performing the entire range of retirement plan administration tasks for DC plan types.
  • Current experience using ASC software.
  • Strong math skills. Must understand valuations, compliance testing, distribution and loan processing, related tax forms, as well as disclosure requirements and government regulations.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • All aspects of DC plan administration, including, but not limited to:
    • Preparing and checking valuations, as well as compliance testing.
    • Year-end processing, including trust accounting, tax forms, disclosures, and participant statements.
  • Communicating clearly with clients, including timely data gathering, problem solving and consulting.
  • Building solid relationships with clients.

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • DB/CB plan experience
  • Hold a QKA or above credential from ASPPA.
  • Experience using Ft. William software

Base salary range based on experience and location- $75,000 - $90,000
