Trucker Huss, APC, one of the largest law firms focused exclusively on employee benefits law with offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Portland, seeks a junior level Employee Benefits Attorney.
Basic qualifications:
Our preference is for a candidate with one to two years of experience advising on employee benefits matters, such as qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, fiduciary governance, and/or nonqualified deferred compensation plans. However, we will consider attorneys with an interest in our field but do not yet have experience in employee benefits, including candidates who just graduated from law school. Excellent writing and oral communication skills, attention to detail, a can-do, problem-solving attitude, and strong academic credentials are required.
The firm offers a hybrid work schedule, but some in-office presence is required in either our San Francisco or Los Angeles office.
The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $190,000. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
