I have owned a small TPA firm in Dayton, OH for over 32 years and presently have 150 plans.  Most of the plans have less than 50 employees but almost 30 are audit plans with a few hundred employees each.  We are a compliance shop only who does everything from A to Z for mostly all 401k plans.   And I do mean everything.  This means in addition to compliance work, this position will also participate in vesting quote reviews for distributions, determination of hardship withdrawals, loan calculations, and plan amendments.  We truly hand hold our clients as much as we possibly can and the entire DPS Team is looked to for support through all aspects of the work.  

I am looking for someone with Relius experience of at least 3 years who is interested in working in a small firm (and the nuisances that come with working in a small firm - meaning the ability to multi-task and juggle many different things at once) as well as handling almost all aspects of relationships with about 40 to 50 plans. Working remote is absolutely fine as well as being local here in Dayton, OH and wanting to come into the office.  Focus is on DC plans only.
