POSITION SUMMARY

NestEggs is seeking a Recordkeeping Service Consultant to work directly with our retirement plan participants by answering incoming emails and calls, utilizing company policies to solve client issues, and escalating to senior team members or management when necessary to provide the best possible customer experience.  In addition, this position is responsible for processing retirement plan Contributions according to company procedures.  This position may also be asked to facilitate other team projects related to data integrity and system maintenance.  This role should naturally promote NestEggs’ intellectual, value-added offering by providing accurate, timely processing of Plan data and answering Participant requests. Work set work hours of 11 am – 8 pm Eastern Time (8 am – 5 pm Pacific Time); remote employment a possibility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Monitor, organize and respond to all inbound participant support requests within established timelines
  • Collaborate and work across teams within the business to resolve participant issues
  • Process retirement plan contributions according to company standards
  • Communicates with participants on distributions and general inquiries
  • Supports Recordkeeping Team with operational tasks and plan maintenance
  • Works with clients and partnering payroll providers to process data imports

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Flexibility to participate in a small-business team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Customer service experience via phone and email
  • Written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain or teach a new concept
  • Work under the stress of deadlines
  • Retirement plan industry or related financial services industry experience preferred
  • Experience working in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support software
  • Schwab Retirement Technologies (SRT) software experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to pass a background and credit check for employment
