You will be responsible for reviewing loans, in-service, hardship, and termination forms to ensure that the participant is eligible for the distribution based on the plan document. Must be able to effectively communicate with the clients regarding any distribution questions. Complete software tracking of distributions and follow up on any incomplete distributions. Report on the progress of all requests and give updates when requested to other team members, participants, plan sponsors and financial advisors.  The position may also provide support with data entry for other team members.   Must be able to deal with a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, be self-motivated, and have a positive attitude.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.   You will also be required to complete industry related exams (company paid) to further your retirement plan knowledge.
