in Remote / Cincinnati OH
A Midsized TPA firm based in Cincinnati Ohio (Tri County Area) is looking for an experienced 401(k) plan consultant. This is a 100% remote position. Ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience administering retirement plans. Candidate must have reasonable knowledge in the following:
- Annual ADP/ACP testing
- Annual Top Heavy tests
- Coverage and other non-discrimination tests
- Form 5500 and related schedules
- Familiarity in working with daily valued products
- Datair experience is an added plus
Candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills. ASPPA or NIPA designation preferred as well.
The company has been doing administration for over 30 years. Currently the company has 36 employees and is rapidly growing.
