We are a professional firm that provides ESOP, 401(k) and other retirement plan recordkeeping and administration services. Our main office is located in beautiful Charlottesville, Virginia, with additional offices in Columbia, MD, Columbus, OH and Pasadena, CA, although our client base is nationwide. We are the largest independent provider of ESOP recordkeeping and administration services. We are seeking sharp, detail-oriented, dedicated individuals to join our team.
We have openings for ESOP Administrators or Senior ESOP
Administrators depending on experience. We are currently looking for Full Time and Part Time Administrators.

The
Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with in-depth knowledge of ESOPs and significant experience in providing ESOP administration and consulting services. This position offers highly experienced candidates the flexibility to work from home or on-site at one of our offices (Charlottesville, VA, Columbia, MD, Pasadena, CA, and Columbus, OH). Administrators are responsible for all aspects of engagement management, including recordkeeping, compliance testing, distribution processing and regulatory reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of recent hands-on ESOP administration experience.
7+ years of recent hands-on ESOP administration experience
for the Senior level.
Experience in a Customer-facing environment required.
Strong technical and analytical skills including advanced Excel, and written/oral communication skills.
Experience with complex ESOP compliance testing such as
§409(p), §415 testing and fair value testing is a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing a complex caseload.
QPA or QKA certification highly desirable but not required.
