We are an actuarial and retirement plan administration firm, serving primarily medium sized employers.  We work with business owners and their advisors to design, implement and administer all types of retirement plans including Defined Benefit plans, Cash Balance Plans and 401(k) Profit Sharing Plans. 

We currently have an opening for an Experienced Level Defined Contribution Plan Administrator position.  Qualified candidates will be dependable, multi-taskers who possess excellent communication, organization, accounting and computer skills with the ability to work independently, in a team-oriented environment. 2-5 years of hands-on experience in 401(k) plan administration required.  

Upon completion of initial training, you will manage a designated block of plans providing full client service clients and their advisors, including day to day communications and management of workflow deadlines.  If you are looking for a long-term career, this is the place for you.  

This position is available can be done remotely or in-person at our Phoenix office.  Qualified Candidates Only Please- No Recruiters

Key Abilities: 

  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Knowledge in ASC, FTW and PensionPro a plus
  • Ability to interpret plan document provisions
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Desire to further credentials with ASPPA or NIPA
  • College Degree

This is a full-time position with full range of benefits, including but not limited to, employer paid medical insurance, paid time off and employer sponsored 125 and 401(k) Plans.
