This position is REMOTE. However, if you are local and choose to come into one of our offices, you will receive additional compensation. Locations in Tualatin, OR, or Tacoma, WA office.

What we are looking for:

• At least 5 years retirement plan experience
• QKA or other ASPPA designations
• Familiarity with all aspects of plan administration
• ASC experience is a plus
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to small/medium qualified plans
• Detail oriented

Job Description:

Performing all aspects of 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan administration for a book of clients including:

• Completion of annual nondiscrimination, coverage, and other compliance tests
• Contribution calculations
• Completion of Form 5500 Series and other required government filings
• Consultation with our clients and their advisors to answer questions as needed
• Trust accounting
• Review of participant loans and benefit payments

We are a fee only, third party pension administration and consulting firm that does not handle any investments or insurance. We administer about 3000 retirement plans throughout the country from our administration offices in Oregon, Washington and WFH offices. We have a positive and focused office environment with a close family of about 50 employees.
