Qualified Retirement Plan & Financial Planning administrative assistant for busy, fast-paced wealth management and financial planning firm.
The position involves the day-to-day operations and workflow of all existing Qualified Retirements plans. Assisting the Retirement plan manager with data gathering and clerical plan issues. Handling and coordinating all the various components supporting client relationships in an amazing fashion. and making sure all plans are being handled properly and with the utmost efficiency. Interactions with clients, their CPAs, and third-party administrators.
Knowledge of qualified retirement plans & an understanding of life insurance is a plus.
Must enjoy working in a team dynamic, have a high energy level, be extremely organized, be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and amazing follow-up skills, someone who strives to deliver the ultimate client experience.
