Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficient with MS Word / Excel / Advanced PDF
  • Detail oriented
  • Accuracy with numbers
  • Able to follow instructions and carry through
  • Initiative and able to work independently, we don’t want to micro manage
  • Must be able to adapt quickly to new technologies and procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service 
  • Ability to work closely with others within your team and the company and put up with demanding plan participants.
  • Have fun.  Work hard & play hard.

Here is what your day looks like: 

You are part of a team that processes money out of qualified retirement plans – either by a distribution or a participant loan.   This requires you to be able to read a plan document to see what is allowed for each plan – they are all different – and learn some regulations regarding who can do what\when.   You will be the coordinator of forms going to the participant for signature, then going to the plan sponsor, back to RLLC, and then off to the recordkeeper – it is a lot of paperwork juggling.  Participants wanting their money can be demanding and unreasonable so you will need to be able to keep calm, listen, and respond politely – customer service is number one priority.  It is an essential people-interacting position.  There is a lot of phone and email time.  

This is a great opportunity for someone to step into and advance in this industry and learn from the ground up.  We love to promote from inside and we are growing.
