Client Service Specialist
EPIC Retirement Plan Services
in Remote
Deliver client service for daily record-keeping, administration and servicing of assigned book of business to promote revenue growth, productivity and exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
Tasks Performed:
- Proactively ensure plans are administered in compliance with plan provisions and current pension laws and regulations
- Discuss the compliance testing process/results and all required government filings
- Ensure that all services are delivered within EPIC RPS' documented service standards through timely communication with clients, plan sponsors, advisors and day to day contacts
- Daily report monitoring and management, document pertinent client communication and provide internal and external project management support
- Effectively communicate with all operational teams to ensure that record-keeping items are maintained for all assigned plans
