Retirement, LLC, an Oklahoma City based TPA firm, is looking for a few good minds – minds that can wrap around the complicated qualified plan regulations and detailed processes of defined contribution plan administration and testing. We are looking for that person who:
- Can communicate complicated plan testing to a plan sponsor.
- Can read between the lines of census data.
- Can navigate between multiple software programs.
- Doesn’t fall asleep reading ERISA, IRS, and DOL rules and regulations.
- Is detail oriented with excellent accounting, problem solving, organizational and time management skills.
- Is proficient in MS Word/Excel, Relius recordkeeping, 5500 preparation\filing, and qualified plan documents.
- Has the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work with other employees.
- Has initiative and is a pro-active employee who enjoys customer service.
RLLC uses Relius recordkeeping, FtWilliam documents, FtWilliam 5500 module, and the Pension Pro project system.
We have immediate openings for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, deadline driven atmosphere. We offer a competitive salary and bonus package, unlimited PTO (within reason), 401(k) plan and health insurance. Our employees all have the option to work in one of our offices or to work remote. Our work offices are casual with flexible work hours.
