Plan Consultant

This is a position with a high salary compensation opportunity for those who are looking for remote work. Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Daily communication with Plan Sponsors via email, phone calls and GoToMeetings
• Eligibility Determination
• Contribution Calculation
• Annual compliance testing including ADP/ACP, 410(b), 401(a)(4) and top heavy non-discrimination testing
• Preparation of Forms 5500-SF and 8955-SSA
• Reconciliation of trust assets
• Plan Document amendments and restatements as needed

Position Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively all compliance matters including eligibility, testing results and plan design with Plan Sponsors, financial advisors and CPAs.
• 4+ years of retirement plan administration experience
• Ability to work independently with management review and support
• Deadline oriented with excellent time management
• High degree of organization and attention to detail
