Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficient with MS Word / Excel / Advanced PDF
  • Detail oriented
  • Accuracy with numbers
  • Able to follow instructions and carry through
  • Able to work independently, we don’t want to micro manage
  • Must be able to adapt quickly to new technologies and procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to work closely with others within RLLC and client contacts
  • Have fun.  Work hard & play hard.

Here is what your day looks like: 

You are responsible for processing payroll contributions for two of our daily traded platforms.   Our clients upload their payrolls electronically into our recordkeeping system.   You receive notice of these uploads, review and post the transaction, and then ACH the monies from the company to the trading platform.   When the monies show, you release the trades to buy into the Plan.   These processes require you to communicate with the client for missing data and corrections to files, learn the ins-and-outs of the trading platforms and our recordkeeping system, and be pro-active.   You need to be comfortable with technology, good with numbers, and detail-oriented.
