SPS is looking to have a DC Plan Retirement Associate join our growing Team. The Candidate should have least two- three years of experience in the retirement industry, accounting, or HR.
Proficiency with Excel is preferred for accounting purposes. Experience with Ft. William is a plus, as this is the pension software used by SPS. PensionPro experience for client management and tracking would be a plus. Working knowledge of Payroll vendors and Record Keeper Platforms as it relates to navigating to retrieve required reports or client/participant information. This position would require independence as well as working well within our Team environment. Must be professional and proficient in client communications.
Salary will be dependent on experience and other variables. We offer a Company 401(k) Plan, Health Insurance benefits portion paid by SPS.
