The Representative, Retirement Proposals and
Implementations provides professional, quality guidance and insight to NRECA members regarding the defined benefit plan (the Retirement Security Plan) and the defined contribution plan (the 401(k) Pension Plan). This individual leads the effort to design,
produce and interpret defined benefit plan proposals and Special Early Retirement Programs (SERPs) at the request of NRECA’s members. In addition, this role provides guidance to our membership regarding the adoption of or modifications to defined
benefit plans and defined contribution plans. At this time, this position will work a hybrid schedule with "in the office" days as well as some "work from home" days.

Bachelor's degree preferably in Business/Finance Accounting, Actuarial Science or related field
Experience and Certifications Required:
