We are looking for a new team member to join a growing TPA firm.  We are adding a new 316 Administrator position to our staff.  Candidates must enjoy working with plan sponsors and participants. Service and relationships are very important to us.

Full time preferred.  Part time will be considered for the right candidate.

We are currently seeking a 3(16) Administrator who is an organized self-starter that wants to learn and grow in a company with great culture.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Timely and effectively communicate with clients, participants and Recordkeepers (via phone and email)
  • Prepare accurate calculations of eligibility, distribution, loans, deposit reconciliation and vesting
  • Review plan document and accurately interpret plan provisions
  • Prepare, review and process distribution and loan requests based upon plan provisions
  • Coordinate communications via mail and email
  • Provide comprehensive, quarterly review of plan operation to clients
  • Contributions submittals

Candidate should have the following:

  • Excellent computer skills and extensive knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook 
  • Possess an understanding of qualified plan distribution/loan rules and regulations
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to review plan document provisions and apply them correctly to the corresponding request
  • Ability to accurately calculate available amounts, prepare forms required and work with the participant and recordkeepers
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ASC is a plus but not required
  • Pension education credentials (ASPPA, NIPA) a plus but not required 
  • 2 + years of retirement industry experience
