Pension Administrative Assistant

Come Grow With Us! We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Pension Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships and service our clients.

Position Summary:  

This position will report to our agency located in Cranston, RI. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a hybrid opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Asset statement collection
    • For pooled and FBO accounts – save to proper folder
    • For recordkeeper accounts – pull files from website
  • Upload client contributions to recordkeepers
  • Follow up with clients for census submission
  • Follow up and submission of Form 8955-SSA and Form 5500
  • Follow up and submission of cash out distributions for participants with less than $5,000
  • Submission of vesting uploads to recordkeepers

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with, or willing to learn PensionPro
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability
