Definiti LLC

in Remote

Logo for Definiti LLC

Definiti is a national retirement services firm with hundreds of retirement plan experts across the country, including in-house actuarial consultants, ERISA attorneys, document specialists and retirement plan consultants. From 401(k) plan design and administration, compliance and actuarial consulting, to pension outsourcing and recordkeeping, Definiti helps organizations deliver smart retirement solutions to their employees.

Our Retirement Plan Administrators (referred to internally as Consultants or RPCs) are responsible for the day-to-day management of a designated roster of client retirement plans. RPCs serve as a single point-of-contact to our clients, building strong, supportive relationships during the administration of a client’s retirement plan. Our RPCs are skilled experts in the retirement industry, with proven knowledge and understanding of the lifecycle of a retirement plan, compliance, and administration.

The right candidates have at least 2 years of experience in a financial service environment and a broad knowledge of the retirement plan industry. We’re looking for individuals with ASPPA QKA designation or NIPA equivalent, or the motivation to earn a certification. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field is preferred, but we’ll consider equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
