The Client Service Specialist (CSS) is responsible and accountable for delivering the ultimate client service experience to CuraFin Advisors clients and plan participants.

Qualities:

  • Experienced client services professional           
  • Understanding ERISA plan management is required

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

Client Services

Serve as the main point of contact to plan participants and C-Suite/ HR teams to ensure a positive client service experience.

Coordinate with staff members to ensure client needs are addressed

  • Responsible for client and plan participant education, new client onboarding, website access, document portal, and CuraFin staff responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact to participant needs; loans, rollovers, distributions, enrollment questions
  • Serve as the first point of contact for C-Suite/ HR teams; administrative liaison to record-keepers, third-party administrators, custodians
  • Track and coordinate all CuraFin client workflows between CuraFin staff and clients.

CuraFin Administration

  • Open and prepare the office for daily operations.
  • Serve as backup to Reception to answer incoming phone calls
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks critical to CuraFin workflows

CuraFin Operations

  • Limited duties related to executive admin support; scheduling, meeting minutes, CRM maintenance
  • Liaise daily with third-party service providers on client and participant account matters

Client Services Specialist

Detailed Task List

Client Services Oversight:

  • Implement the CuraFin onboarding process for all new clients
  • Capture and file all client documents in the appropriate fiduciary vault
  • Educate and establish client with online credentials for document portal and online account access
  • Schedule client investment committee, enrollment, financial wellness, advisor meetings, and conference calls
  • Record investment committee meeting minutes
  • Manage Investment Committee Meeting, Financial Wellness annual calendars
  • Generate and manage client communications by phone, mail, and/or email
  • Fulfill clients' requests and deal with service-related issues
  • Prepare all record-keeper, third-party administrator, custodial and CuraFin forms for client signature

Operations:

  • Track and record all client and participant communications per the CuraFin compliance process.
  • Adhere to all CuraFin compliance processes.

CuraFin Administration

  • Train and educate staff and new hires on client service and CuraFin Admin workflows
  • Periodic review and update of client service processes
  • Document management according to the CuraFin process
  • Review and upkeep of client data entered into CRM
