Client Relationship Manager

Retirement Plan Provider

  1. The CRM is the day to day contact person with the client. This entails communication (via e-mail and telephone) with assigned clients to ensure all activity for your assigned plans are completed within the service standard. Also entails researching and resolving questions or responding to special requests from the client.
  2. Compliance - This responsibility entails ensuring the timely completion of appropriate compliance tests performed on qualified retirement plans including but not limited to: ADP/ACP, 402(g), annual addition, top heavy, coverage, and IRS form 5500. The process involves the retrieval of the necessary census data worksheets and questionnaires, ensuring everything is properly loaded to our recordkeeping software and the final results are accurate and timely.  
  3. Reporting and Statement Production Coordination - This entails ensuring that all allocation management reports and participant statements are generated accurately and delivered
