Retirement Plan Consultant

This is a remote position with a TPA with proven fully remote processes & procedures developed over 10 years+. Compassionate ownership that believes in a work/life balance and providing a culture of learning & inclusion.

Defined Contribution Plan Administrator, 401k Analyst, Retirement Plan Consultant


  • Administration of 401k, Age Weighted, Cash Balance plans
  • Processing of loans and distributions
  • Consult on plan design, IRS/DOL regs, ERISA
  • Completion of compliance testing and Form 5500’s
  • Consult with new clients during plan set up


  • Minimum of 2+ years in retirement services, opportunities for Team Leads as well 
  • ASPPA/NIPA designation or desire to earn
  • Desire for professional growth
  • Completion of compliance testing and Form 5500’s
