Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate reporting solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Review and analyze accuracy of system outputs to confirm report requests meet customer’s needs
  • Serve as primary contact between Retirement Center technology, Information Services (IS), and outside vendors regarding technology issues, and supply information as needed at request of management, company associates, and financial professionals
  • Develop and enhance department technology, make recommendations to Fiduciary Services Leadership, and report technology release notes to users
  • Identify Retirement Center data integrity issues and recommend improvements
  • Analyze schedules, transactions, and business processes for trends/updates and ensure consistency and accuracy with department standards
  • Maintain working industry knowledge of key industry topics, technological trends, and internal programs and use this knowledge to bring solutions to departments supported to enhance the company’s competitive edge
  • Provide consultative phone support to financial professionals regarding fiduciary obligations, paperwork requirements, regulatory updates and retirement plan opportunities.
  • Complete principal review and approval of retirement plan paperwork.
  • Support retirement plan-focused retirement plan professionals and assist newer financial professionals with retirement plan business through training and education.

Education & Experience

Four or more years of related experience, education and/or training

Certificates & Licenses

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7 and Series 24 licenses are required. Series 66 is recommended.
