Job Summary: Primark is looking for an experienced Defined Benefit / Defined Contribution (DB/DC) Pension Administrator with excellent communication. The position will provide complete plan administration for a caseload of retirement plans.
Responsibilities:
- Completion of entire annual administration and reporting cycle for defined benefit and defined contribution plans
- Including all testing and valuations, distributions/loans, asset reconciliations
- A forward-thinker for consultation with clients
- Familiarity with special engagements like audits, EPCRS, etc. a preferred
- Current knowledge of all compliance regulations
Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in DB/DC Combo work - REQUIRED
- Proficient in complex 401(a)(4) and 401(a)(26) testing - Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs preferred -
- Experience with ASC Compliance Systems, FTWilliam 5500 and Pension Pro – Preferred
- Quick to learn new software’s
- ASPPA or NIPA Credentials (or willingness to obtain designations)
- Ability or desire to teach/train a BIG plus
