Jocelyn Pension Consulting, LLC (JPC) is an independent consulting firm that provides professional advice and local support to customize 401(k) Plan solutions for small- to medium-sized businesses. JPC carefully selects clients and manages growth so it can continue to provide superior customer service. JPC strives to provide solutions that last for the life of its clients’ 401(k) plans, resulting in almost zero client turnover. JPC’s offices are located in Boulder, Colorado and the San Francisco Bay Area.
We are searching for a Plan Consultant, who will provide full client services to a designated segment of Plan Sponsor clients, including day to day communication and management of their workflow and project deadlines. Our Consultant team is supported by our Operations, Participant / Client support, and Plan Documents Team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated candidate who wants to support all sides of a growing financial services firm. This individual must have strong project management skills, a high level of comfort with technology, and the personality to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment by being adaptable, creative, proactive, and eager to grow in this position as it evolves with the growth of the company.

COVID-19 considerations: all employees are currently working with a hybrid work schedule, which is a few days at home and a few days in our offices in Boulder, CO or San Rafael, CA. However, for the right candidate, we are open to hiring someone who will work remote full-time and then travel to our California or Colorado office once or twice a year for in-person meetings with our team.
