Tycor Benefit Administrators, Inc. is looking to add a full time Senior Retirement Plan Administrator to our team.
Under limited direction, the Senior Retirement Plan Administrator owns all functions related to company-sponsored retirement plans including cash balance plans, 401(k) plans, and profit-sharing plans.
Principal activities include
regulatory compliance, benefit calculations, testing, trust accounting, report/filing preparation and communications with Plan Sponsors, Advisors and Participants.
An ideal candidate brings:
- Working knowledge and proficiency of ERISA, IRS, DOL and PBGC Laws and recent regulations
- Familiarity with cash balance and traditional defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans comparability allocations, DB-DC Combo plans
- Experience with Relius, PensionPro & FT Williams
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Programs
- A BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting or Mathematics (or similar field)
- Minimum of 5 years working in the retirement plan administration field
