Leading Retirement Solutions (LRS) is a fast paced, emerging Third Party Administration and Recordkeeping firm to company sponsored retirement plans.
LRS specializes in finding streamlined solutions for companies that need to provide retirement benefits in emerging and underserved industries. We provide retirement plan management services, including plan design, administration , compliance and correction, and open architecture recordkeeping services, to advisors, managers, plan sponsors, and participants .
Position: Client Expeience Team Member
Salary: DOE

Hours: Full-Time
The Client Experience Team Member is responsible for oversight of the sponsor, participant, and partner plan management processes. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is prepared to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. This includes managing client and advisor expectations and meeting service timelines for retirement plan clients to ensure a positive and efficient experience.
