We are seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to assist with the growth in our department while acting as a technical resource. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for facilitating the filing of government forms for our clients. This person will own the compliance process from beginning to end and will partner with internal teams to verify information needed, timelines, and then ultimately communicate results with clients. Communication and organization are top needed skills to be successful.
Responsibilities include:
Complete 5500s for audited plans and non-audited plans and partner with plan sponsor to file timely. This will include the following tasks (but not limited to):
