ERISA/employee benefits specialty law firm in Silicon Valley with national practice representing union-sponsored benefit plans seeks full-time associate attorney with zero-five years’ experience. Position involves both litigation and compliance work. Essential job requirements/functions include keen attention to detail, ability to manage multiple case files and projects, ability to comply with inflexible deadlines, and good communication skills. Federal court litigation experience is a plus.
Firm provides reasonable billable hour requirements to encourage work/life balance. Compensation commensurate with experience along with full health benefits and paid vacation and sick time. Opportunities exist for annual bonuses based on performance. While some in-office time will be required, we are flexible about partial work-from-home arrangements.
