Associate Retirement Plan Administrator

Certified Financial Group is looking for an entry level, Associate Retirement Plan Administrator. We are a well-established retirement plan administrator, recordkeeper and consultant firm located in Altamonte Springs, FL. We are highly reputable and have been in business for over 40 years. As we continue our steady growth, we are looking for the right people to join our team. 

We are currently looking for an individual who enjoys being part of a great team, takes a real sense of pride in their communication with clients and co-workers, and is looking to grow professionally. The right candidate will be provided training to perform the more complex duties required to be successful. We have a collaborative, friendly work environment in a newly remodeled, state-of-the-art headquarters, offer a competitive salary, and provide a valuable benefits package. Position is a full-time role preferably in-office with remote abilities, but a fully-remote telecommute position may be available for the appropriate candidate. 

Ideal New Team Members have:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in an office environment
  • Interest in working with numbers
  • College Degree (Finance, Mathematics, or Accounting preferred, but not required)
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines on various, different tasks and projects
  • Ability to ask pertinent/relevant questions to clarify and advance understanding on complex topics
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Work experience that demonstrates strong organizational, analytical and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to handle duties with confidentiality and extreme professionalism
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Understand the basics of qualified retirement plans.
  • Preparation of financial statements and tax filing forms related to retirement plans.
  • Assist the administrative team in tasks related to annual administrative work.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
