In this role, you will be managing day­-to­-day client relationships for a block of defined contribution plans. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): designing/preparing plan related documents, developing illustrations, valuations, account reconciliations, compliance testing, 5500 and related filings, and assisting with distributions and loans.


  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with FTWilliams
  • Experience with PensionPro
  • Experience with defined benefit plans is desirable, but not required
  • Professional industry designations/certifications – If you do not currently have any, the willingness to obtain them is required.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work under deadlines
  • Must be a team player

Very competitive salary range - $75,000 - $100,000 based on experience. Position could be remote or onsite (Verona, NJ or Lake Placid, NY).
